Laurie to Appear at Food Book Fair in NY April 27

On Sunday, April 27, from 10:00AM-12:00PM, Laurie will be participating in the Food Book Fair in Brooklyn, NY.
The Food Book Fair will host the first New York screening of the documentary “Fed Up“ followed by a Q&A with Laurie, who executive produced the film. A film that upends the conventional wisdom of why we gain weight and how to lose it, “Fed Up” reveals a 30-year campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public, resulting in one of the largest health epidemics in history.
Laurie will also discuss the new book, The Family Cooks, with a book signing to follow.
