The Food Movement as Environmental Force

This weekend I had the privilege of hosting the TedX conference “Changing the Way We Eat,” organized by The Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming. To say my brain was ready to explode by the end of the day would be a gross understatement. Speaker after speaker presented insightful snappy tutorials on their given area of expertise and interest. All inspiring and all relating to various food issues. Of course, if it’s about food it’s also about health, the environment, and happiness.
