Colorful Caprese Skewers

Here’s the recipe for creating some beautiful and colorful Caprese Skewers, great for summer picnics, or as a tasty appetizer…

YOU NEED

One package of cherry tomatoes (If you can find them, the beautiful heirloom cherry tomatoes in many colors are perfect)
1 12-ounce container of bite-sized mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves, cut in half length-wise
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and pepper
Rosemary twigs or skewers

On each skewer or twig, thread mozzarella, basil, and a tomato. Arrange in a pretty container. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
