A Perfect Spring Snack

Sometimes you need to cook, and sometimes you can just leave ingredients alone to shine. Here’s a little French radish snack, quick, easy, and delicious.

You Need:

Radishes of all colors and sizes, thinly sliced (save the delicious tops to cook later)
Good butter, barely cold
A little pile of sparkly salt
Some fresh tender herbs chopped (like chives, chervil and mint)
Sliced freshly baked bread from your friendly baker

To Make:

Onto a nice platter or a beautiful cutting board, put each ingredient in a little pile. Let everyone butter, radish and salt their own bit of bread.
