Backwards Dinner Night

Whether your kids are back at school or you’re enjoying the last days of summer break, here’s a great way to have some fun and get lots of appreciation at dinner tonight.
Have a backwards dinner night!
Start with dessert. Perhaps a scoop of homemade frozen yogurt with berries (check out our Fruity Frozen Yogurt recipe). Continue with the entree (meatless of course, given that it’s Meatless Monday). End with an appetizer, such as hummus with crunchy veggies or pita chips to dip (see our hummus recipes).
