The Kids Cook Monday: Sweet Potato Cake with Peas

Today’s featured recipe from The Kids Cook Monday is a Sweet Potato Cake (sweet potatoes and rice are seasoned with shallots, lemon zest and sweet chili sauce to make delectable veggie cakes). They’re crunchy on the outside, moist and tasty on the inside, and they’re vegetarian, yet so good that no one will know what’s missing!
